<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As an Executive Sourcer, you will own the research and engagement strategy for US&C non-tech teams, typically at Director and above. Your clients will range from our ELT and the leadership teams for Mobility, Delivery, Core Services, and Corporate. You will build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across our technical client groups.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Our Executive Sourcers work on the most senior and high-profile searches for Uber. They drive research strategy, candidate identification, engagement and talent management. This includes market mapping, direct outreach to potential candidates and targeted talent as well as reviewing candidates’ resumes/bios/LinkedIn profiles for open searches and obtaining referrals. The specific duties are defined below:</li> <li>Work with the Executive Recruiters & Executive Recruiting Managers to help drive the search execution process from start to finish</li> <li>Execute end to end research and candidate development</li> <li>Conduct preliminary phone screens to qualify and assess sourced candidates on basic KPIs</li> <li>Assist with capturing candidate notes in database, and preparing assessments</li> <li>Create job specifications, scorecards and other supporting documentation, in collaboration with the recruiter</li> <li>Keep track of all aspects of a search and report findings upon closing to continue to grow and update database</li> <li>Bring efficiency to all searches and apply process where needed, ensuring highest quality every step of the way</li> <li>Lend subject matter expertise related to market mapping to help elevate search results particularly related to current projects and themes.  This involves Identifying and tracking the most important companies relevant to our space</li> <li>Develop and oversee processes for data collection while capturing all critical information in our database</li> <li>Maintain, improve and regularly update our database with new additions to create a databank of technology, competitor and peer clients/ talent</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6-10 years of executive research, sourcing and/or recruiting experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Prior experience in high-growth technology firm is preferred</p></li> <li><p>In-house corporate executive sourcing or recruiting experience and/or executive search experience as associate/senior associate</p></li> <li><p>Ability to learn quickly, adapt and remain curious. No two searches are the same and you'll need to continually solve problems and anticipate challenges before they arise</p></li> <li><p>Clear, concise and confident communicator. To attract the most senior talent, you'll need to have a good understanding of the business strategy and share this story with candidates who are passive and active</p></li> <li><p>Stakeholder management. You'll partner with recruiting teams day-to-day but you'll also have input when working with HR, Immigration, Mobility and Compensation teams</p></li> <li><p>Strong analytical mindset and extremely detail-oriented</p></li> <li><p>Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable with driving and influencing change, and changing priorities as needed.</p></li> <li><p>High business acumen & strong communication skills, written and verbal; the ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner</p></li> <li><p>Will be a self-starter but team-oriented</p></li> </ul> <p>For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.</p> <p>For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.</p> <p>For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
