Core Responsibilities

Scheduling & Admin
- Manage complex calendar, appointments, travel, and meetings.
- Meeting notes and follow-up communication, as needed.
- Send monthly cascading information to the network.
- Coordinate events, logistics, and virtual calls.
- Occasional local errands.

Personal Branding & Marketing
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn on JM pages.
- Grow audience, engage followers, and monitor analytics.
- Develop strategy to build authentic professional presence in fitness\/wellness\/franchising\/real estate.
- Create an IG account to market Conkowicz Estates for STR and consistently post.
- Help create a simple landing page\/website for direct bookings.

Design & Slide Decks
- Create professional slide decks, presentations, and pitches (when needed).
- Design graphics, infographics, and social media visuals.
- Use Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (or similar).

R&D: Fitness, Health & Wellness Trends
- Research emerging trends, studies, and innovations.
- Summarize findings into reports and actionable insights to evolve the business.
- Create target lists for M&A on competitors for Joe\/MSJ to reach out to.
- Support launch of new concepts Aleck 2.0, re-development of vault concept (social wellness club).
- Create lists and send outreach marketing for opportunities.
- Research and come up with actionable leverage to use AI in the clubs and the office.
