Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective results. Articulate data transformation processes clearly, demonstrating a strong understanding of our data entry procedures. Takes on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Work self-motivated with limited oversight, taking ownership and initiative on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. Utilize provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance, demonstrating resourcefulness and independence.
