About the Role

As an Entry Level Manager at Culver's of Port Saint Lucie, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, leading and developing our team, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. You'll be responsible for:

  • Running shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
  • Demonstrating positive and effective role modeling for team members
  • Supporting the development of a high-performing team, leading as coach and mentor
  • Maintaining compliance with operational and food safety procedures
  • Performing restaurant opening and closing procedures effectively
  • Performing and understanding managerial functions with the POS system
  • Responsible for restaurant cash management
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for shift based on current restaurant sales
  • Holding team accountable for following proper uniform standards, grooming, and jewelry guidelines

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of restaurant experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having:

  • Leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the restaurant industry
