Beckman Coulter is currently seeking a dynamic Field Service Engineer/Technician (d/f/m) to join our team in the DACH region. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites in the DACH region. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with Beckman Coulter equipment, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic tools. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their technical problems. Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment. Document and report all service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent, in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with other members of the Beckman Coulter team, including sales and support staff, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in technology to provide the best possible service to customers. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on customer sites. Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Maintain proper inventory of parts and supplies, and order replacements as needed. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the service and support provided to customers. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all service and repair activities. Travel to customer sites as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
