Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly File Clerk/Receptionist to join our office team. This role is essential in maintaining organized records, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office software. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with office management tasks
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office software for document creation, proofreading, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting team members with personal assistant duties

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills with high accuracy
