This role offers hands-on experience with federal billing systems, project closeouts, and internal communications, while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of funding operations. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p><h3><span sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Reconcile project obligations with FHWA low bid requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Assist with funding conversions and funding swaps.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Support coordination of branch meetings, including presentation prep and team-building planning.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Serve as backup Crossroads Coordinator and help maintain branch website content.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Aid in processing final vouchers and FHWA project closeouts.</span></li><li><span
