Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Accounting and Finance Leadership Program (AFLP) which is a fast-track opportunity for high-potential individuals seeking a dynamic career in finance.
  • Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for leadership roles.
  • Engage in rotational assignments to gain broad exposure across the enterprise including corporate finance, insurance, and investments.
  • Build both technical and strategic finance skills through formal training and dedicated mentorship.
  • Support vendor and department-level spend analysis in the Spend and Reporting team in Procurement.
  • Build reports, analyze data trends, and deliver insights that inform sourcing strategies and business decisions.
  • Support the Procurement team in the process of sourcing and onboarding new suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, supply chain management or a related business concentration.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of professional experience or completion of an internship in a related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services a plus.
  • Exposure to Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is a strong plus.
