No matter your role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference at Andersen. This position will work Thursday- Monday and the work hours are 2:00p-11:00p Eastern Time. This role is fully remote. Experience with credit/financing is HIGHLY desired.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming support requests that come in from chat, email and phone.
  • Fulfill requests by leveraging rFinance's systems to determine the situation and communicate with the customer, retailer and/or lender.
  • Log a ticket in JIRA and assign the ticket to the appropriate team's queue when appropriate.
  • Monitor and follow-up with rFinance teams for updates on open support tickets.
  • Provide updates to the requestor and close out requests and tickets as appropriate.
  • Handle routine, standard, repetitive administrative and reporting duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of customer service equivalent work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer/data entry skills
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Able to work proactively and be detail oriented and well organized
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center a plus
