Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.</p><p></p><p>The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Advanced Products & Solutions (APS), Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EO/IRS) businesses.  This position will be responsible for the daily business execution and financial activities for a set of programs mainly produced out of the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center. This position is currently designated as on-site.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.</p></li><li><p>Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.</p></li><li><p>Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.</p></li><li><p>Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor. </p></li><li><p>Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects.  Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications You Must Have </b></p><ul><li><p><b>Typically requires: </b>A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.</p></li><li><p>Experience using SAP business systems</p></li><li><p>Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications We Prefer</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience using PRISM EV (Preferred)</p></li><li><p>Interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results</p></li><li><p>Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li><p>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
