JetBlue Airways is one of the most recognized and beloved airlines in the United States, known for its commitment to safety, exceptional customer service, and innovation in the airline industry. Operating out of major hubs such as Boston Logan International Airport and New York's JFK Airport, JetBlue has rapidly gained a reputation as "New York's Hometown Airline" while maintaining a strong presence throughout the Northeast and across the country. The company prides itself on offering customers a unique flying experience with amenities such as free high-speed Fly-Fi (Wi-Fi service), complimentary snacks and drinks, and the most legroom in coach seats, positioning it as a leader among low-cost carriers providing premium services. The spirit of JetBlue is embodied by its culture built around five core values: Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun. These values drive the daily operations and create an environment where over 23,000 crewmembers work collaboratively to take care of each other and the passengers they serve. JetBlue is currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate individuals to join its Inflight Crewmember team at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). This entry-level position is perfectly suited for candidates who are passionate about service and eager to contribute positively to customers' travel experiences. No previous flying or flight attendant experience is necessary, as JetBlue provides a comprehensive and paid six-week training program at JetBlue University (JBU) in Orlando, Florida. During this program, aspiring inflight crewmembers learn Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety protocols, emergency procedures, as well as JetBlue's distinctive customer service standards. This training ensures that every crewmember is fully equipped to uphold the highest standards of safety and hospitality on board. As an Inflight Crewmember, your primary responsibility is to ensure passenger safety above all else. Beyond safety, you will play a vital role in delivering the JetBlue customer experience. This is a service-oriented role where you will offer passenger assistance with genuine compassion and kindness, greeting travelers by name when possible and managing any challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. You are empowered to perform service recovery on the spot, ensuring that every customer feels cared for and valued throughout their journey. Your workday will likely include a variety of shifts such as day turns, red-eye night flights, and multi-day trips that require full availability including weekends and holidays. Working closely with fellow inflight crewmembers and flight deck personnel, you will help maintain a safe, timely, and enjoyable flight environment. JetBlue offers competitive compensation with an annual base salary estimated between $45,000 and $70,000 for new crewmembers, dependent upon flight hours. In addition to wages, the company provides profit-sharing opportunities, a 401(k) plan with a company match, and excellent travel privileges allowing crew to explore new destinations at discounted rates. The inflight crewmember position is ideal for those seeking a long-term career in aviation, as it provides clear pathways for advancement into leadership roles such as Inflight Lead or into a variety of corporate support positions within JetBlue’s expanding organization. Joining JetBlue means becoming part of a vibrant, inclusive team dedicated to inspiring humanity through every flight.
