This critical role is central to our commitment to delivering packages safely, efficiently, and reliably through our advanced drone fleet. The Flight Monitor will be responsible for real-time monitoring of drone flights, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.<br /><br /><br />Key job responsibilities<br /> • Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the assigned region, utilizing our state-of-the-art monitoring systems. <br /> • Identify and respond to any deviations from planned flight paths or operational parameters.<br /> • Ensure all drone flights comply with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.<br /> • Coordinate effectively with the relevant teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations.<br /> • Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies. Provide feedback and insights to support continuous operational improvement.<br /> • Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while maintaining a high attention to detail in all tasks.<br /> • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while working effectively in a high-pressure environment.<br /> • Adhere to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.<br /><br /><br />This role requires the ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach. <br /> <br />This role requires the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays<br /><br />This role may require travel, up to 25% of the time<br /><br />Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
