The role of Assistant General Manager at Topgolf is a full-time position centered on supervising the Food & Beverage team to deliver best-in-class service that enhances guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Successful candidates will coach and develop their teams, ensuring high levels of Associate engagement and adherence to operating standards. They will uphold guest and team safety, manage staffing efficiency in guest areas, and oversee the day-to-day operational duties within their department. Budget management and cost control are key responsibilities, along with delegating tasks and ensuring their timely completion. Assistant General Managers also actively interact with guests to monitor the quality of their experiences, using business metrics and trends to drive departmental performance and maximize profit and revenue. This dynamic role requires energy, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a cohesive team while maintaining a high level of self-awareness and integrity. The salary range for this position is competitive, from $61,400 to $75,000 annually, reflecting the importance of leadership experience and operational acumen in a hospitality or sports entertainment setting.

  • 5+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
