We are looking for a Freelance Recruiters & Headhunters to build long-term recruitment partnerships. Work on high-impact mandates and operate at a senior level.

We are expanding our trusted network of freelance recruiters and headhunters to collaborate on strategic, high-profile assignments across:

  • Private sector enterprises & fast-growing scale-ups

  • European Union & EU-funded programmes

  • Dutch government & semi-public organisations (ministries, agencies, municipalities, universities)

  • International organisations & NGOs

As a Freelance Strategic Executive Search Consultant, you will:

  • Work on senior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles (executive, expert, interim & project-based)

  • Be matched to assignments aligned with your expertise, network and availability

Engagements are fully freelance, flexible, and based on mutual commitment and performance.


🎯 Who We Are Looking For

You are likely to recognise yourself if you:

  • Are an experienced freelance recruiter, headhunter or executive search consultant

  • Have a strong professional network in one or more of the following:

    • Public sector & government

    • EU institutions or EU-funded programmes

    • International organisations

    • Enterprise, tech, industrial or scale-up environments

  • Are comfortable working with confidential searches and complex profiles

  • Understand public sector, startup, scaleup, large corporate or regulated environments (or are willing to learn)

  • Prefer long-term collaborations over transactional recruitment

  • Work independently, reliably and professionally

  • Communicate fluently in English (Dutch, Spanish and/or other EU languages are a strong plus)
