<p>TransPerfect are partnering with a toy brand for children and adults alike. As part of this collaboration, we’re seeking a freelance ecommerce copywriting expert with the ability to integrate SEO keywords into product copy.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is focused on the optimisation and creation of new optimised content - implementing keywords seamlessly, aligning content with marketplace best practices to enhance visibility, conversion, and discoverability.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is long term and may lead to further project opportunities as part of our wider freelance talent pool.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create, optimise and manage product titles, bullet points, and descriptions across product listings.</li><li>Adapt brand messaging and product USPs into keyword-optimised, shopper-relevant content that drives performance.</li><li>Maintain brand content quality, consistency and compliance with client and platform-specific guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have the ability to write using <strong>US English</strong></li><li>5 years copywriting experience in retail ecommerce.</li><li>Demonstrable experience with Amazon (or similar market place eg Walmart or Tesco etc) content optimisation, ideally in consumer products or toys.</li><li>Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword indexing and ecommerce search behaviour.</li><li>Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies, adapt messaging to specific product categories and follow brand tone.</li><li>Comfortable working with structured content templates and content management tools.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong sense of how small changes can impact performance.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with global brands or managing content across international marketplaces.</li><li>Background in digital marketing, SEO optimisation, content creation, copywriting, digital communications</li><li>Strong experience of creating product copy for the toy industry is preferred</li><li>Strong experience of integrating SEO keyword research in product copy is also highly preferred</li><li>Experience of hands-on SEO research (eg. use of tools like semrush and Helium) is not essential but would be considered favourably</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>To apply, answer the required questions and give us an overview of how your experience matches what we are looking for as well as attaching your resume.
