This role ensures accurate order processing, inventory alignment, compliant domestic and international shipping documentation, and timely communication between internal teams, customers, carriers, and 3PL partners. The Fulfillment Specialist II routinely resolves standard fulfillment exceptions (carrier delays, address corrections, documentation gaps, returns processing) using defined SOPs, escalating only non-standard, high-risk, or policy-impact issues. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, process-focused, and comfortable operating in a structured, high-volume environment with audit-ready documentation requirements.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What you'll get to do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Validate inventory availability and manage standard backorder workflows (ship complete/partial shipments per policy), communicating ETAs using approved t Prepare international shipment data accurately and consistently across systems and documents (e.g., HS codes provided by controlled master data/reference lists, item descriptions, declared values, required consignee information).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Time Clock Hardware Controls: Serial Number & Asset Tracking</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Capture and verify serial numbers (or asset identifiers) for shipped devices when applicable, ensuring accurate association to the customer/site/order/case.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Validate order completeness for common time clock bundles (e.g., device + power supply + mounting kit + cables/accessories) using defined BOM/kit rules.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
