We are looking for a highly skilled, all-around creative professional who can handle video editing, graphics, and ad creative development across multiple platforms.

This is not just a video editor role — we need someone who can take raw content and turn it into high-performing marketing creatives.

You will be working with our marketing team to produce content for:

Facebook Ads

Instagram Ads

YouTube Ads and YouTube Videos

Website videos and landing page creatives

General brand graphics and marketing assets

We will often provide raw video footage, photos, or base assets, and we need someone who can:

Edit videos into polished ad creatives

Suggest creative directions and improvements

Build graphics that match brand style

Create multiple ad variations for testing

Responsibilities:

Edit raw video into short-form and long-form video content

Create ad graphics for paid social, YouTube, and web

Develop creative concepts based on marketing goals

Resize and format creatives for multiple placements

Create video content optimized for websites and landing pages

Maintain consistent brand look and feel

Work quickly and communicate clearly with our team

Ideal Experience:

Paid social ad creative (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Short-form video editing (Reels, paid ads)

Long-form video editing (YouTube, website video content)

Graphic design for marketing

Understanding of performance-driven creative

Ability to take direction AND bring new ideas

Bonus (Not Required):

Real estate or land marketing experience

Motion graphics / light animation

Experience building full ad creative packages
