Thanks for stopping by and learning more about this role at Sitemate! ✨🏗️

We’d love to hear from you 👩‍💻👩🏽‍💻🧑🏿‍💻👨🏻‍💻

Brief overview of this role:

We’re looking for a mid-level full stack engineer to join our supportive, collaborative engineering team.

This role is ideal if you’ve built and shipped real products in production environments and are ready to step into more ownership and impact. You’re comfortable working independently on well-scoped problems, making thoughtful trade-offs, and contributing to technical discussions - while still being keen to learn, improve, and level up alongside experienced engineers.

You’ll work across a broad range of problem spaces, including web and mobile, backend systems, AI-powered features, and infrastructure. You’ll have the autonomy to own meaningful work end-to-end, with support from senior engineers who care deeply about code quality, product outcomes, and your continued growth.

Employment:

  • Full-time

  • Based: Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore (due to overlap requirements with the current team)

  • Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $115,000 - $160,000 pending your experience

    • With Sitemate's diverse blend of remote and city-based team members, we ensure fair compensation regardless of your location. Our approach is informed by data sourced from Numbeo, the world’s largest cost-of-living database, which helps us maintain consistent remuneration standards across various regions

    • Through our Cost of Living Multiplier, based on Numbeo's findings, we provide guidelines for adjusting salaries to reflect the cost of living in different cities. This ensures that all team members enjoy comparable living standards, no matter where they are based
