Our Install Licensing Compliance Lead provides a seamless Client experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations regarding product, service, and content. Provides a variety of fulfillment duties which may include delivery, installation, integration, networking, and repairing consumer electronics devices- with a primary focus on Home Theater Equipment.<br><br><strong>Key Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>License holding responsibilities: Oversees compliance with licensing guidelines (paperwork, testing, job site inspections, safety meetings, etc.). Routinely inspects home theater and commercial installations to ensure company (and local, if applicable) requirements are being met.</li><li>Provides technical training and supervise Agents on an on-site basis</li><li>Responsible for managing inventory and vehicle maintenance, processing paperwork and payment, and provide feedback and training opportunities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Meet specific licensing requirements to ensure business can operate within the role's area of responsibility</li><li>21+ Years of Age</li><li>Clean Driving Record</li><li>Able to carry/lift/push/pull weight up to 75 lbs. or 150 lbs. as part of team, with or without accommodation</li><li>Must be located in Northern California</li><li>Must have a valid C7 Low Voltage Contractors License in California<br><br></li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>licenses such as the Contractors B, C-10, C-36, D-34, ACO or ability to attain said licenses. </li><li>Live near the greater Sacramento or San Francisco area.<br><br></li></ul>Best Buy is an equal opportunity employer.<br><br><strong>Application deadline: </strong>Minimum of 5 days from the posting date.
