Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator to join our Global Security team!</span></p><p></p><p><span>What you’ll do:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure the protection of company staff, guests, and assets through diligent monitoring of access control and incident management systems and CCTV</span></p></li><li><p><span>Rapidly synthesize and assess information from multiple sources to support timely operational decision-making. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct continuous open source intelligence (OSINT) monitoring to identify, analyze, and report on potential risks, threats, and emerging trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leverage artificial intelligence and automated tools to support analytical tasks, enhance situational awareness, and improve operational efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners (e.g., Security, ITIE, Trust & Safety, Legal, Policy, and Operations) to share insights, escalate issues, and coordinate responses.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operate effectively in a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center environment, including working rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurately document and record security activities observed during assigned shifts, including incident escalations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute operational policies and procedures in compliance with company security standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to support operational objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exercise sound judgment and decision-making, demonstrating maturity, patience, and a clear, analytical interpretation of available information.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by Global Security leadership.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p><span>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment, including but not limited to CCTV monitors, Milestone, Lenel, Valor and Basic Life Safety systems.   </span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic understanding in incident response, crisis management, incident management, emergency response, and utilizing communication channels including Slack, Everbridge, email (via the G-suite), video calls and phone systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in the security, medical, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service industry is helpful</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail capabilities</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Minimum Qualifications: </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ability to lift up to 20.5 lbs. to support emergency response or relocation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability stand on your feet for extended periods of time for incident management or support to security operations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must possess a valid and current guard card</span></p></li><li><p><span>On-site work at a Snap office location, a minimum of 5 days per week</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work a rotating on-call weekend schedule, as needed</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexibility to attend meetings and training sessions as needed</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelors degree or completion of college coursework</span></p></li><li><p><span>1+ years of experience working with access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident management technology in a GSOC</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience conducting analytical or intelligence-related work in a security, operations, or intelligence environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge and familiarity with Milestone, Lenel, Valor and Basic Life Safety systems   </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience using OSINT tools such as
