Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand design assets that support marketing, communications, and business objectives. This role collaborates closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas and messaging into effective visual solutions across digital and print channels.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Execution

  • Design marketing and communication materials across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, print, signage, and presentations
  • Execute design projects from concept through final production under the guidance of senior creative leadership
  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors or printers as needed
Brand Consistency & Quality
  • Apply and follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs
  • Review and proof designs for accuracy, quality, and visual clarity
  • Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Collaboration & Project Support
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative team members to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Asset & Content Management
  • Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and digital asset libraries
  • Assist with updating and evolving design templates and brand resources
  • Support ongoing creative needs for campaigns, events, and promotions
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing for marketing campaigns and brand-driven environments
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web design
  • Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
