Join Sanofi in one of our corporate functions and you can play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions around the world.<br><br>The US Head of Gross-to-Net (GTN) is a strategic leadership role within Sanofi’s North America Finance organization, reporting to North America CFO, accountable for the integrity and strategic direction of GTN forecasting, reporting, and reserve governance. This leader provides financial stewardship over gross-to-net outcomes and related net sales close processes, ensuring disciplined governance, strong controls, and executive-ready insights that shape pricing, market access, and commercial strategy.<br><br>GTN is one of the largest and most complex drivers of U.S. net sales and cash, and this role plays a critical part in translating market and policy dynamics into financial performance. You will partner closely in partnership with Finance Business Partners, Market Access, and other critical stakeholders to align assumptions, resolve variances, and strengthen forecast accuracy and transparency.<br><br>The role plays a key part in Sanofi’s Finance transformation agenda by modernizing how GTN insights are generated and consumed. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.<br><br><strong>Main Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide financial stewardship over $45B+ in gross sales, ensuring alignment between accounting, forecasting, performance analytics, and cash flow implications.</li><li>Lead and develop a high-performing organization of ~15 team members with ~6 direct reports, including clear decision rights, escalation paths, and succession planning.</li><li>Lead GTN reserve governance: Own quarterly GTN reserve analysis and adequacy reviews, ensuring reserves are accurate, risks/opportunities are identified early, and key assumptions and rates are well captured.</li><li>Own GTN forecasting cadence: Lead GTN forecasting and actuals processes in partnership with GBUs, Finance Business Partners, Market Access; drive alignment, transparency, and forecast accuracy.</li><li>Deliver decision-shaping insights: Provide financial insights on GTN programs, payer/channel mix, product launches, and contract structures to support leadership decisions.</li><li>Evaluate pricing and access impacts: Assess the financial impact of pricing strategies, market access programs, and payer negotiations; translate assumptions into clear implications for profitability and performance.</li><li>Lead cross-functional alignment: Lead cross-functional sessions to align assumptions, resolve variances, and improve forecast accuracy.</li><li>Ensure close, controls, and audit readiness: Oversee governance of net sales close activities and supporting GTN processes; serve as the senior point of contact for internal/external audits and ensure strong evidence and remediation discipline.</li><li>Lead and develop the CoE: Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled forecasting and scenario modeling (e.g., early-warning indicators and anomaly detection) to increase speed, transparency, and consistency across forecasting, reserves, and close.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years relevant Accounting/Finance/Industry experience</li><li>B.A/B.S.
