About the position

The Health Care Professional - Key Opinion Leader Associate at Novo Nordisk will support the development of insights-driven marketing strategies and KOL engagement initiatives. This role focuses on omnichannel execution and measuring marketing effectiveness, while assisting in the creation of brand messages and educational content for healthcare professionals (HCPs). The position is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their skills in pharmaceutical marketing and engage with key opinion leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of HCP-related brand/therapy area strategic objectives and experience strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth analysis and mapping of HCP journeys.
  • Utilize market research and data analysis to identify and define specific HCP segments.
  • Translate brand objectives into innovative, insights-driven HCP omnichannel strategies.
  • Support design and execution of KOL engagement strategies to build advocacy for product launches.
  • Assist in facilitating scientific communication between internal stakeholders and KOLs.
  • Coordinate participation in scientific conferences and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HCP strategies.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
  • 5+ years of experience including brand management/marketing experience in life sciences or related field.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or life science industry preferred.
  • HCP marketing experience in developing marketing strategies and KOL engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Knowledge of HCP and KOL engagement channels and regulatory considerations.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools.
