Consult Coach</strong><span> who can confidently guide professional women through both:</span></p><ol><li><span>Their enrollment decision through consultative sales conversations</span></li><li><span>Their healing journey as a Health Coach</span></li></ol><p><span>This is a </span><strong>full-time, structured role</strong><span> for someone who thrives in service, leadership, and accountability.</span></p><strong>🩺 Health Coach Responsibilities (Client Care)</strong><p><span>You will serve already-enrolled clients by providing:</span></p><ul><li><span>One-on-one coaching sessions (protocol support, transitions, mindset, group phase calls)</span></li><li><span>Group coaching facilitation</span></li><li><span>Ongoing support via HIPAA-compliant messaging</span></li><li><span>Nutrition and lifestyle guidance aligned with program protocols</span></li><li><span>Accountability and encouragement throughout the program</span></li><li><span>Client intake reviews and documentation</span></li><li><span>Assigning protocols </span></li><li><span>Maintaining accurate records in our systems (GHL, Practice Better)</span></li><li><span>Participating in team communication and collaboration</span></li></ul><p><span>Your goal: </span><strong>Ensure clients feel supported, guided, and successful as they move through the program.</strong></p><strong>📞 Consult Coach Responsibilities (Enrollment & Sales)</strong><p><span>You will also conduct paid consult calls with potential clients who have completed an assessment.</span></p><p><span>On each call, you will:</span></p><ul><li><span>Review their health assessment</span></li><li><span>Follow our proven consult framework and script (training provided)</span></li><li><span>Determine program fit (emotionally, physically, and financially)</span></li><li><span>Educate them on our program structure and philosophy</span></li><li><span>Guide qualified prospects through enrollment</span></li><li><span>Process payments and assist with financing options</span></li><li><span>Document all call notes and actions taken</span></li><li><span>Follow up professionally with prospects as needed</span></li></ul><p><span>This is </span><strong>consultative sales</strong><span>, not pressure will:</span></p><ul><li><span>Track client progress and consult outcomes</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate call notes and records</span></li><li><span>Use company systems (GHL, Practice Better, Google Workspace, Zoom)</span></li><li><span>Communicate with Delivery, Finance, and Admin teams</span></li></ul><p><span>Organization and documentation are critical to success in this role.</span></p><strong>⏰ Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable)</strong><p><strong>This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule:</strong></p><p><strong>Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern
