<p>At Blue Shield of California, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Compliance Specialist who can ensure compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the changing landscape of healthcare regulations, as well as developing and implementing compliance strategies. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and analytical skills. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and a passion for staying up-to-date on new developments in the field. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare compliance role• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze the changing landscape of healthcare regulations, and develop and implement compliance strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Train staff on healthcare regulations and compliance procedures. Create and maintain compliance records. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitor and audit healthcare operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
