Your Responsibilities

Healthcare Customer Service Representatives handle customer inquiries by devising inventive approaches to resolve various issues and concerns.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions or concerns
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues calmly
  • Escalate interactions as needed
  • Respond to requests for assistance and possibly process payments
  • Document all call-related details for audit and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell, if required

We Seek Ambitious Individuals Who:

  • Can work remotely in a virtual team setting
  • Preferably have 6 months of customer service experience
  • Are over 18 years of age
  • Can type at least 25 words per minute
  • Have completed high school or hold a GED
  • Are comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate logical problem-solving abilities
  • Can navigate Windows operating systems
  • Possess organizational and work prioritization skills
