Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze clinical outcome studies evaluating weight loss and durability.
  • Build analyses that define cohorts and follow-up timelines to measure program impact.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate treatment pathways and protocol adherence.
  • Assess the impact of clinical interventions on outcomes and member experience.
  • Use insights to improve clinical protocols and program design.
  • Contribute to building internal evidence frameworks for measuring clinical effectiveness.
  • Translate analytic findings into insights to support clinical and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing clinical or healthcare outcomes data.
  • Experience with cohort-based analyses and data over time.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience with DBT and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in using data reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker).
