Job Description:ROLE SUMMARY AND OVERVIEW As the Healthcare Industry Marketing Lead at Sutherland, you'll have the opportunity to work with an elite team of industry marketers, all focused on positioning Sutherland as the healthcare industry leader. Your strategic prowess will come to the forefront as you develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, ensuring that our product offerings seamlessly translate into the market through compelling content and digital campaigns. You'll be a key player in partnering with product management and sales enablement to drive strategic investments, launch new features, and empower our sales team with the resources they need to succeed. If you're eager to connect customer pain-points with our business solutions, craft impactful product content, and collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to make a real impact in the healthcare market, this role is your opportunity to shine. You'll play a crucial role in building relationships with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring our initiatives deliver a significant return on investment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategyLead Healthcare Marketing activity:  Develop and implement our Healthcare Marketing strategy around key narratives that support the firm’s strategy and defined areas of business (e.g., sectors, geographies, and service lines).Develop and lead our overall Healthcare marketing strategy and processes - leading team of Healthcare marketing to ensure go to market strategies are effectively translated into the market through compelling content (website copy, blog, videos, case studies) and across our digital campaigns.Build and maintain effective relationships to support Sutherland’s marketing strategy.Orchestrate Digital Channel strategy:Develop and implement a coherent communications and branding strategy aligned with the company's goals.Partner with product management leadership to identify key strategic areas of product/feature investments and to launch new capabilities and features.Leverage metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success initiatives.Healthcare leadershipStrategy design to support growth across Healthcare Vertical.Content & CommunicationsPartner with product management : Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing counsel and advice on strategy.Identify key strategic areas of product/feature investments and to launch new capabilities and features.Support our industry analyst program by providing content and messaging to support briefings and product evaluations to differentiate our product.Partner with Sales Enablement : Help feed the Sales team appropriate content to enable the sales team to sell Sutherland capabilities.Connect the dots : Connect customer pain-points with our offerings and the business outcomes we produce.Measurements : Monitor KPIs and update strategies when necessary.Calculate and track the impact (Reach/Engagement/Advocacy)Develop, build, and launchLead product launches and announcements and refine and improve the process to maximize the impact with prospects, and industry analysts.Manage administrative tasks and liaise with IT or other stakeholders where appropriate.Create and deliver product content and customer case studies for marketing, sales and customer success teams.Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience leading marketing initiatives w/in the healthcare vertical.Experienced in Digital transformation journeys of the customer in technology areas including Data, Digital Engineering and Cloud.Digital Marketing expertiseA respected name in the HIM business recognized as an industry thought leader.Knowledgeable of coding and health information management in a hospital, ambulatory setting and professional fee setting.Knowledge of technologies related to application modernization, system integration, cloud migration, AI, analytics, Customer experience etc.Master content & messagingDemonstrated ability to build and scale teams, including a proven track record of hiring, mentoring and retaining world-class marketing talent.Ability to generate new businessExtensive experience in thought leadership, product messaging, content development, and sales enablement.Strong verbal communication skills and a clear and persuasive, buyer-oriented writing styleExcellent operational and project management skills, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines.BA required, MBA or MA a plus.Experience successfully working with C-level leaders and partnering with senior leadership across other groups and disciplines.Proven history of managing cross-functional teams to create a powerful, effective, and coherent design solution.
