Are you a "closer" on the phone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Ourupscale aesthetic centers are growing. We are currently overwhelmed with inbound interest and need an expert Appointment Setter to turn our leads into scheduled consultations.

The Compensation (No "Dream Selling" Here)

  • Guaranteed Base: $24k – $30k/year (commensurate with experience).
  • Performance Bonuses: Bi-weekly commissions with realistic upside.
  • Total Earning Potential: Top performers consistently see $3,500 – $5,000+ in monthly bonuses on top of base pay.

Your Role & Impact

This is a high-volume, remote production role. You are the "first impression" of our brand.

  • Lead Management: Convert 20% inbound inquiries and 80% outbound follow-ups from our digital marketing campaigns.
  • High Activity: You will execute 100+ calls per day, managing new webform submissions and persistent follow-ups with unreached leads.
  • Consultative Sales: Educate patients on our Aesthetic treatments, qualifying them and building excitement for their consultation.
