Role Description

As the Creative Program Manager, you are the "engine room" of our creative department. You will act as the vital bridge between our internal business "clients" (CRM, Performance Marketing, Business) and our execution teams (Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors). Your mission is to transform high-velocity business requirements into streamlined creative workflows, ensuring that no brief is left behind and every asset we produce meets our high standards of excellence and punctuality.

  • Own the JIRA board. You will be responsible for intake, vetting, and prioritizing all creative briefs to ensure the team is focused on high-impact tasks.
  • Translate business objectives from CRM, Performance Marketing and business teams into actionable creative briefs. You’ll ensure the creative team has everything they need to start work without back-and-forth friction.
  • Provide proactive updates to stakeholders. You are the primary point of contact for status reports, timeline adjustments, and bottleneck resolution.
  • Ensure 100% on-time delivery of assets. You will manage the creative calendar, balancing urgent ad-hoc requirements with long-term projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Creative and Business units. You will build high-trust relationships with department heads, managing expectations and ensuring a collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain a structured creative repository. Ensure all final creatives are tagged, archived, and easily accessible for future reuse by the CRM and Growth teams.
  • Collect and maintain data on what creatives worked and what didn't.
  • Establish a library of creative best practices based on performance data to improve future output quality.
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction scores. You’ll facilitate feedback loops to constantly improve the quality of output and the efficiency of our internal processes.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience, specifically within the fast-paced ecosystem of Indian B2C startups.
  • You have experience setting up workflows, dashboards, and reporting within project management tools.
  • You can speak "Creative" and "Business" fluently.
  • You are obsessed with checklists, deadlines, and organisational clarity.
