Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

Here at Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team, and we would love for you to join us.

For our People Processes team, we are looking for someone passionate about people, combined with a strong administrative, methodical, planning skill set, and a solid technical understanding of People processes and tools.

In this role, you will interact with everyone in the company (and with external partners as well), in both Portuguese and English, with a strong focus on People processes.

We are counting on your experience in areas such as: People Processes administration, Onboarding and Offboarding, Contract management, Legal Processes and Compliance, Compensation and Benefits administration, as well as support in Culture, Social, and Community initiatives. A solid understanding of the legal and compliance landscape is important for many of the projects we develop at Mindera, as our goal is to build and grow a sustainable and people-centered organization.

You will be expected to work comfortably with People tools and systems, maintain accurate and reliable people data, and ensure that all employee lifecycle documentation is correctly prepared and stored.

Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust, confidentiality, and collaborative work will be as relevant as any other skill, capability, or experience.

You will also contribute to the decision-making process by maintaining, organizing, and analyzing relevant People data, helping ensure business sustainability, team development, and the pursuit of the organization’s purpose.

You are good at
  • Knowing your value and feeling assured of your role in the group/team — self-awareness is a must
  • Always aspiring to do a great job, no matter how big or small the task
  • Engaging with people around you and striving to have a positive impact
  • Communicating clearly and effectively, adapting your message to different audiences
  • Working comfortably in English in a professional environment (spoken and written)
  • Ensuring legal compliance and having a good understanding of Portuguese labor law
  • Managing details and making sure all deadlines and legal obligations are fulfilled
  • Keeping People data accurate, up to date, and easy for others to understand and use
You rock at
  • Being self-driven, energetic, and disciplined, and able to take a loosely defined process or project and drive it to completion with minimal supervision
  • Knowing what needs to be done even without a predefined to-do list, and being comfortable with both a bird’s-eye view and attention to detail.
  • Bringing previous experience in People roles, especially in operational People roles
  • Working with numbers, People metrics, data entry, and logic, using a strategic and problem-solving mindset
  • Being extremely organized and structured in your thinking and in the processes you are responsible for
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Managing and maintaining People systems and ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Preparing and reviewing employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, etc.)
  • Ensuring day-to-day People processes are aligned with internal policies and Portuguese labor legislation
  • Improving, documenting, and optimizing People administrative processes and workflows
