Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law</li> <li>This position is eligible to earn uncapped monthly bonuses, with average bonus pay of $140.28 per month</li> </ul> <p><b><u>The ideal candidate will have: </u></b></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment</li> <li>Active <b>Property and Casualty </b>or<b> Personal Lines license required </b></li> <li>Membership license required or ability to obtain license within 90 days of employment.</li> <li><b>Schedule Requirements: Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time with rotating Saturday’s with team.
