Role Description

This position involves acting as the crucial link between technical and business teams by addressing complex integration challenges while guiding customers through every phase of their Workday implementation journey.

  • Lead multiple, concurrent Workday Financials implementations
  • Deliver Foundation Data Model (FDM) design sessions for implementations
  • Oversee functional design, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in delivery
  • Utilize CynergyTM methodology for effective project delivery
  • Mentor junior resources to develop their skills and lead customer sessions
  • Serve as an escalation point for project managers and functional teams
  • Drive adherence to methodology and contribute to process enhancements
  • Enhance CynergyTM methodology tools continuously
  • Ensure effective communication among cross-functional project areas
  • Conduct internal Quality Assurance for Financials implementations
  • Assist project managers in identifying needs and developing solutions
  • Drive customer satisfaction and high performance within the team

Qualifications

  • Current Workday Financials Certification preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience with Federal agencies
  • Project management and/or team lead experience
  • Clear communicator, fast learner, detail-oriented, and decisive
  • Sales engagement experience in estimating and presenting
  • Proficient in gathering requirements and deploying solutions
  • Strong presentation skills with effective customer expectation management
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
