Role Description

This role involves supporting the Marketing Campaign Development Team within Marketing Operations by building and deploying email, push, SMS, and in-app communications using platforms like Adobe Campaign and Airship.

  • Design, code, test, and support digital messaging using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AMPscript, and other tools.
  • Resolve production issues and manage specialized workflows for high-visibility Chase Acquisition credit card campaigns.
  • Elevate Southwest’s digital marketing capabilities and support impactful communication that drives Customer engagement and business results.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of email HTML code standards and ability to independently troubleshoot rendering issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one required programming language (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Advanced knowledge of email best practices and passion to stay ahead of marketing trends.
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent knowledge application, skills of front-end development, and testing.
  • Ability to partner, communicate, and negotiate with various teams.
  • Ability to analyze and manage large, complex, and vague business or technical problems.
