Role Description

As the Quality Assurance Trainer, you are responsible for operationalizing and maintaining successful education and training for the Centralized Scheduling team.

  • Create and maintain training tools and staff assessment materials
  • Train staff to use systems or applications in accordance with their job duties
  • Work with the Centralized Scheduling manager to analyze scheduling trends

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of hospital or physician office scheduling experience
  • 1 year of training and/or precepting experience

Requirements

  • Salary Range - $31,200 - $68,536
