Role Description

This is a straightforward job, and since you'll be assigned to work night shifts in the U.S. timezone, there will be only a few calls throughout the shift. Given the minimal workload, our company is offering $600 per month for this role.

  • Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and book appointments
  • Receive phone calls from prospective customers for home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.
  • Represent the client as if you are working in the client’s office
  • Answer the phone pleasantly and with a smile, reciting the client’s standard greeting
  • Take detailed call summary notes including customer’s contact information, reason for inquiry, and any other relevant information
  • Send call summary notes to the client after the phone call ends
  • Ensure great attention to detail with no typos or missing information

Qualifications

  • Internet speed of at least 40mbps
  • Computer - Intel3 processor, 8gb RAM
  • Backup power source
  • Ideal candidate has BPO experience
  • Able to multitask in managing answering calls, taking detailed call summary notes, and sending follow-up text messages or emails to the client
  • Confident to communicate directly with clients if necessary
  • Experience working from home is ideal but not necessary
  • Motivated, hard-working, and eager to add value within the company

Requirements

  • Working hours: 8PM-5AM PST - 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, 1 hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks
  • Compensation: $600/month
