Job Description/Position Responsibilities The High Net Worth Lending (HNWL) Product Management team is strategically focused on developing and executing plans that will position the HNWL Business for continued revenue growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence. The person in this role is specifically responsible for supporting Credit Policy and Platform Enhancement initiatives that improve the offering and control effectiveness of our product suite, including Liquidity Access Line (LAL), Line of Credit (LOC) and Margin offerings and drive continuous experience enhancements. Key Accountabilities: Provide business management oversight of partner teams including operations, credit, and other teams to ensure performance and risks are properly being managed and client and field experience is maintained Lead and direct project activities, meetings, understand dependencies, and manage timelines Perform business analysis and requirements documentation Coordinate engagement of Operations, Technology and Business partner resources and subject matter experts Manage issues and decisions to timely resolution. Communicate with senior management teams to escalate/resolve project conflicts & needs Drive collaboration across Lending to achieve our business goals, platform, and process improvements by forming key partnerships with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Field, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology and others Experience Seven plus years of Securities Based Credit and Lending business, risk, or operations experience is required Demonstrated success running and leading business improvement and transformation initiatives Experience within a brokerage firm or bank providing securities based and margin loans are a plus Experience working across various functional areas Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Operations are key Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required Skills/Abilities Ability to organize and execute projects and setting strategic direction Business Analysis and Project Management skills required Energetic person with the ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership in a demanding environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with and gain the confidence of cross-functional colleagues Ability to successfully motivate team members outside their direct reporting line Detail orientation with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to quickly learn and understand the suite of all Banking & Lending products and interconnections Communicate and set expectations appropriately to management and colleagues WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
