Job title: Special Events Assistant Company: Hobby Lobby Job description: Job Description - Overview The Special Event Assistant to the Executive Team helps maintain an efficient and productive office environment. Providing special event support. This is a part-time position located at our corporate offices in Oklahoma City and no relocation assistance is provided. Out of state and freelance work are not available for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists by facilitating details given by the Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager Conducts research and prepares documents and correspondence Maintains event databases, timelines and files Conducts vendor and venue research and bookings for special events Serves as liaison with vendors on event-related matters Helps coordinate special events on location Performs work-related errands as needed Maintains a clean and orderly work station Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (Personal protective equipment).
