Bay Ridge Honda is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-volume, fast-paced service team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering great customer experiences, communicates clearly, and works well in a structured, team-oriented environment.
We are looking for a professional who understands the service drive, values organization, and is ready to help customers feel informed and supported throughout the service process.
What You’ll Do:
  • Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Write repair orders, provide estimates, and present recommended services.
  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and stay up to date with Honda processes.
  • Help the team meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred.
  • Honda or other OEM experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, calm, and composed under pressure.
  • Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Able to work full-time, including Saturdays.
