About the position

  • Educate clinicians and staff on device setup, usage, and best practices to optimize outcomes and adherence.
  • Coordinate with Smith+Nephew field sales and support teams to resolve issues and share updates from the hospital setting.
  • Track and report facility-level adoption metrics and identify opportunities for increased utilization or operational improvement.
  • Maintain a professional presence within assigned facilities, building trust and strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience working in or with acute care hospitals—background in case management, clinical education, durable medical equipment, or medical device support preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working directly with hospital staff at all levels.
