<p>Are you excited by this opportunity but hesitate to take the plunge? Supporting you will be an all-star team, providing guidance and mentorship in your role. <br></p>
<p>You will be working your magic on a full-time year-round basis, remotely from your home office. Please note, candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of Bar Harbor Inn and Spa in Bar Harbor, Maine. Your schedule will be 32-40 hours per week mostly 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. shifts, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays being required. The starting wage is $18 per hour.</p>

<ul><li>Manage phone calls, emails, and clerical tasks with finesse.</li><li>Assist guests with booking inquiries and reservations.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the booking system.</li><li>Provide information on room rates, availability, and hotel facilities.</li><li>Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process by coordinating with the front desk.</li><li>Offer exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.</li><li>Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
