We need these kinds of skills and talents as we Create Once in a Lifetime Experiences for our Fans.<br /> The Role:<br /> Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.<br /> This role is responsible for, but not limited to the following:<br /> - You are the Housekeeping of the venue and site including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.<br /> - This also includes the proactive management of litter, debris, and any spillages in the parking lot area to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for staff, clients, and visitors.<br /> - Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site<br /> - Regularly inspect, clean, and sanitize bathroom fixtures and facilities to maintain health standards.<br /> - Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies, with special attention to biohazard cleanup procedures, including but not limited to the safe and respectful handling of bodily fluids and substances.<br /> - Clean/clear and rest dressing rooms – this may include washing dishes, pots, pans and disposing of food<br /> - Assist in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.<br /> - Make sure all site signage, tents, tables, chairs, trash cans, etc. are set properly and neatly before gates open.<br /> - Partner with fellow Crew Members at the end of show to close the venue - this includes collecting recyclables picking up and properly storing event equipment<br /> - Perform regular preventive maintenance around the site, buildings, misc projects and landscaping.<br /> - Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas, clean equipment<br /> - Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.<br /> - Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.<br /> - Run errands to Hardware or other supply stores as needed<br /> - Participate in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.<br /> - Manage dishwashing responsibilities, ensuring all kitchenware and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly to support our team's daily operations.<br /> - Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently, adhering to all health and safety guidelines to prevent damage or injury.<br /> - Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.<br /> - Additional tasks as requested by management.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> • Requires a high school diploma/GED.<br /> • An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.<br /> • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.<br /> • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 75 lbs.+ and occasional sitting<br /> If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online to join the Live Nation Entertainment team today at: https://www.livenationentertainment.com/careers/ .<br /> Applicants for employment in the US must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.<br /> <br /> ----------<br /> The expected compensation for this position is:<br /> $17.00 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly<br /> ** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.<br /> <p id='jobcode'>Jobcode: Reference SBJ-4kk9k1-162-158-42-19-42 in your application.</p> </p>
