Job Description

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Private Markets team on a fixed‑term basis until the end of 2026. Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you’ll shape and deliver people initiatives that support our strategy, strengthen our culture, and enable our teams to thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to support and deliver the Private Markets People Strategy
  • Leading or contributing to key people projects, programmes and annual HR cycles
  • Providing proactive, solutions‑focused guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Managing and guiding organisational development and business transformation
  • Driving the talent agenda by facilitating talent reviews and supporting succession planning
  • Collaborating with Reward colleagues to shape and implement appropriate reward approaches
  • Maintaining visibility of the employee relations climate and promoting constructive problem solving
  • Working closely with HRBPs and HR Centres of Expertise to ensure alignment and a cohesive people strategy

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives
  • Knowledge of organisational design and business transformation
  • Understanding of UK employment law and HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience guiding talent, performance and cultural development activities
  • Ability to analyse and interpret HR data to support decision‑making
  • A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
