leading-relaxed mb-3">We’re looking for a sharp HR Generalist, with a keen eye for detail and a care for people! the role is a maternity cover for 9 months, reporting to the Head of People</p> <p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:</p> <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Recruitment onboarding: Support the full cycle of recruitment, including coordinating the onboarding process.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal setting and assist managers in employee development plans.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and update HR policies as necessary.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Payroll – Run payroll in collaboration with Finance, The Head of People, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">HR Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and a strong organizational culture.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">HR Systems: Competent in maintaining and maximising usage of HR Information System, and support in the training of system optimisations across the business</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Administration – Internal change letters, exit interviews, and any other people related letters.</span></li> </ul> <h3 class=" text-white font-semibold text-lg mb-2">Requirements</h3> <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Significant experience in HR, in a scale up environment or SaaS</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience working in a multicultural business, ideally in a remote set up</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong experience in employment law, employee relations and payroll management.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span
