<p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director - Singapore to join our team and provide critical support to the Vice President of People, Southeast Asia cluster.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a key leadership role focused exclusively on our Singapore logistics operations. This position will serve as the dedicated Country HR Lead for Singapore, ensuring focused execution of our people strategies in this critical hub.</p><p><br></p><p>You will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of human resources activities across Singapore, directly managing the local HR support function. You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and values.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the VP of People (SEA) to execute HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives, specifically within Singapore.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the Singapore HR support team, ensuring high performance, accurate administration, and continuous professional development.</li><li>Oversee the full employee lifecycle in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.</li><li>Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and Singapore Employment Act requirements to ensure compliance and fairness.</li><li>Manage employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a positive working environment in adherence to local tripartite guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate and administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the Singapore workforce.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports for the country, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Participate in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment for Singapore employees.</li><li>Assist in HR-related communications and employee engagement activities to foster a strong company culture.</li><li>Stay current with Singapore HR trends, best practices, and MOM legal developments to ensure the organization's practices remain competitive and compliant.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills, and Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Country HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, preferably with experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and tripartite guidelines.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with HR software (Oracle/SuccessFactors) is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced and changing environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
