Job Title: iCIMS Implementation Consultant Workday Integration (Remote India) Location: Remote (India Only) Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time (adjust as needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced iCIMS Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in integrating iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite with Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end iCIMS implementations, design and manage seamless integrations with Workday, and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to optimize recruiting and HR processes.

This role requires hands-on experience with iCIMS configuration, Workday integrations, APIs, and middleware tools, along with strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: iCIMS Implementation & Configuration
Lead end-to-end implementation of iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite
Configure workflows, candidate lifecycle, job postings, reporting, and user roles
Customize job templates, candidate communications, and approval workflows
Perform system testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and deployment support

Workday Integration
Design and implement integrations between iCIMS and Workday HCM
Ensure seamless candidate data sync, onboarding, and reporting
Configure and manage integration tools such as iCIMS Connect, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware
Troubleshoot and resolve data flow, performance, and integration issues

Stakeholder Collaboration
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams
Serve as SME for iCIMS and Workday integrations
Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support

Project Management
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones
Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes
Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend optimizations

Data Management & Reporting
Ensure data integrity across iCIMS and Workday systems
Develop custom reports and dashboards for TA and HR analytics
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
Proven experience implementing and configuring iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite
Strong hands-on experience integrating iCIMS with Workday HCM
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and system integrations
Solid understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes

Integration & Tools
Experience with iCIMS Connect, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware
Strong troubleshooting and data synchronization skills

Project & Process
Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience delivering training and user support

Preferred Qualifications
iCIMS Certified Implementation Specialist
Workday HCM Certification or proven Workday integration experience
