Overview:

As the newest member of Fuse’s skilled and professional Customer Success team, your experience supporting the UKG Ready platform, combined with Fuse’s unrivaled model for deploying our implementation and support expertise, will empower you to build relationships both within our company and with our customers while contributing to the impact that Fuse ignites, one employee and one client achievement at a time. Responsibilities:


As Fuse’s newest Implementation & Support Consultant, you will work closely with the rest of the Fuse team to build relationships with our customers, work towards your personal goals, and contribute to Fuse’s strategic organizational goals. As you contribute to the success and growth of our company, your responsibilities will include the following:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of UKG Ready modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.)

  • Configure systems, conduct data imports, and validate results

  • Deliver customer training (virtual sessions, documentation, follow-ups)

  • Provide post-implementation and ongoing customer support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when needed

  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure customer success
