Inbound Appointment Setter

About the Role

We are hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter to respond to warm leads and schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team.

These leads come from

  • Webinars
  • Opt in pages
  • Existing customer lists

No cold calling required.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them feel supported, understood, and excited about the next step.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to inbound calls and messages from interested prospects
  • Build rapport and understand each lead’s goals
  • Set qualified appointments for closers
  • Track activity and results in our CRM
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance targets
  • Communicate clearly with the team via Slack
  • Represent the company’s values and mission professionally

What We Are Looking For

  • One or more years of experience in inbound sales appointment setting or customer service
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in capital raising
  • Organized and comfortable using CRMs and spreadsheets
  • Goal oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and proactive
  • Comfortable in a fast moving environment

Work Structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,173.96 - $70,000.00 per year
