Deine Rolle als Kundenbetreuer/-in im Homeoffice:

Wir suchen dich als neues Teammitglied zur Untersttzung unseres bestehenden Homeoffice-Teams in der Trkei fr ein groes, bekanntes Telekommunikationsunternehmen.

  • Du beantwortest fachkundig technische Kundenanfragen und sorgst mit deiner kompetenten und freundlichen Art fr eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du bertst Kunden zu weiteren Produkten und Dienstleistungen des Telekommunikationsunternehmens, um alle Bedrfnisse optimal zu erfllen.
  • Du erfasst und pflegst Kundenstammdaten in unseren Computersystemen.
