<p style="min-height:1.5em">As an <strong>Inbound Sales Representative</strong> at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions. In this high-impact sales role, you’ll use empathy, insight, and strategic guidance to help caregivers as they explore the best care options for their loved ones.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers once you successfully complete the 4 week new hire training program</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What will make you successful:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which consists of referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor you will be the company’s first interaction with a family with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">History of exceeding sales targets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work a 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis.
